The Ultracard loyalty program allows you to accumulate bonuses of 10% and 15% of the purchase amount at Ultra Group stores and on the ultra-shop.com website. Every time you use the loyalty card for a purchase, you save on the next one.

HOW TO GET THE CARD?
The card is issued after registering in the mobile app and is valid at Ultragroup stores and online. Physical Ultracard users will see their purchase history after registration, with their card available in electronic form.

HOW ARE BONUSES ACCUMULATED?
Bonuses based on a percentage of the purchase are automatically credited after each transaction on the Ultragroup website or in-store. To receive the bonus, present your card to the cashier during payment or to the courier when ordering online.

WHAT TYPES OF CARDS ARE THERE?
Depending on the purchase amount, there are two types of cards: Classic or Premium. With a Classic card, you save 10% on each purchase, while Premium offers 15%. The Classic card upgrades to Premium if purchases exceed 100,000 UAH within a year.

HOW ARE BONUSES CALCULATED?
-1 UAH = 1 bonus
Bonuses remain valid for 6 months from the last purchase date.
Bonuses can cover 50% of the final product cost.
Bonuses do not apply to promotional or select special offers but accumulate with each purchase.
Bonuses become available immediately after a transaction.

HOW TO PAY WITH BONUSES?
Show your card during checkout, and the required amount will be deducted from your bonus account. New bonuses are earned on products paid for with bonuses, following program rules.

Note: 50% of the purchase cost (total invoice amount) can be paid with bonuses.

CARD VALIDITY PERIOD?
The loyalty card remains valid indefinitely from the registration date.

HOW LONG DO BONUSES STAY ON THE CARD?
Bonuses expire in 6 months. Making a purchase at least once every 6 months ensures bonuses remain regardless of when they were credited.

WHAT EXTRA BONUSES CAN I GET?
Ultragroup treats its customers well, offering an additional gift of 500 UAH in bonuses on your birthday for any purchase within 7 days starting from your birthday. Note that this offer is only valid if your full birth date (DD/MM/YY) is provided.
